The deadline of the reservation for the accommodation and tours is 24 May 2011 for groups (starting 10 persons) and 13 June 2011 for individuals.

All reservations will be processed on the basis of “first come first served”. Prices are special prices for EAJC 2011 and applicable only via the Kaleva Travel reservation. V.A.T. is included.

Tour 1. 2 hrs walking tour in Tallinn Old Town: Rate: 7.50 € per person incl. English speaking guide
Tour 2. 3 hrs bus tour in Tallinn: Rate: 21 € per person incl. English speaking guide and bus services
Tour 3. Nature wonders of Lahemaa National Park: Rate 59 € per person incl. English speaking guide and bus services for 5 hours and lunch

PAYMENT GUIDELINES

Please make the payment AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE from Kaleva Travel. When the payment has been made you will get the confirmation by e-mail.

With the registration confirmation an invoice will be sent to you indicating the bank references, deadline for the money transfer is 1 week after invoice receiving by e-mail
