World’s largest travel services company Carlson Wagonlit Travel (www.carlsonwagonlit.com) has bought full share capital of Kaleva Travel Group by the acquisition published on 7th February 2011.
Kaleva Travel Group employs 400 travel industry professionals in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania.

Since 05.10.2011 Kaleva Travel AS`s new business name is CWT Estonia AS.
CWT Estonia (www.kalevatravel.ee), founded in 1991, is the second largest travel agency in Estonia offering a full range of services in corporate travel management and leisure travel. CWT Estonia has operations in Tallinn and Tartu. CWT Estonia employs 60 people.

Kaleva Travel Finland (www.kalevatravel.fi) is Finland’s largest business travel agency offering a full range of services in both business travel and leisure travel. The expertise and professionalism in the field go as far back as 1935. The total sales in Finland estimate for the financial period 2009 – 2010 was € 267 million. In Finland there are 16 offices and service outlets in 12 different locations.

In Latvia Kaleva Travel Group includes Kaleva Travel Latvia (www.kalevatravel.lv) which employs 22 people and is the second largest travel agency in Latvia and has its office in Latvia’s capital city Riga. It was founded in 1992 and has an equally full range of services in business and leisure travel.
In Lithuania Kaleva Travel Group includes Kaleva Travel Lithuania (www.kalevatravel.lt) which was founded in 1995 and is situated in the capital city Vilnius. It takes care of its clients’ business travel. The office employs 8 people.
Kaleva Travel Romania has offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca. Offices were opened in summer 2007. Offices employ 16 people altogether.
